Installation Guide - For Jira Admins

Getting set up with Board Rewind for Jira is an easy 3 step process:

1. Navigate to the Atlassian Marketplace listing and select Try it free

Visit the Board Rewind for Jira marketplace page and click the "Try it free" button to begin your 30-day trial.

2. Select your Jira instance and click start free trial

Choose the Jira instance where you want to install Board Rewind from the dropdown menu. If you manage multiple instances, ensure you're selecting the correct one for your team's needs.

3. Navigate to the 'Apps' menu in the top navbar, then select 'Board Rewind' from the dropdown

Once installation is complete, access Board Rewind by clicking on "Apps" in your Jira navigation bar, then selecting "Board Rewind" from the dropdown menu.

You are now ready to start exploring your Jira board timeline with Board Rewind!

Next Steps

For Team Rollout:

Board Rewind respects existing Jira permissions, users can only access timeline data for boards they already have permission to view
No training is required for basic timeline viewing, though we recommend a brief demo for teams new to flow analysis
