Limitations

Whilst we strive for Board Rewind to fulfil its purpose of putting you (yes, You!) back in control of understanding your delivery flow, we are humble enough to admit there are some core features and use cases that are sitting on our roadmap, yet to be implemented. Some of the features are constrained by technical limitations, others by overly complex or cumbersome solutions, and others because we've simply prioritised other value-adds for our customers (You!).

Here is a list of things we wish Board Rewind for Jira could do, but currently can't fulfil:

• Cross-Project Visualisation: Timeline analysis spanning multiple Jira projects simultaneously

• Custom Alerts: Notifications when workflow patterns indicate potential delivery risks

• Advanced Filtering: Complex queries to analyse specific issue types, assignees, or time periods

• Export Capabilities: Downloading timeline data for external reporting or presentation tools

• Bulk Timeline Analysis: Comparing multiple boards or time periods side-by-side

• Performance Benchmarking: Industry or team comparisons for delivery metrics

• Automated Insights: AI-powered recommendations for workflow improvements

• Mobile Timeline Viewing: Full functionality on mobile devices for on-the-go analysis

• Anything else our customers haven't told us yet!
