Limitations

Whilst we strive for the Dependency Mapper to fulfil its purpose of putting you (yes, You!) back in control of your project dependencies, we are humble enough to admit there are some core features and use cases that are sitting on our roadmap, yet to be implemented. Some of the features are constrained by technical limitations, others by overly complex or cumbersome solutions, and others because we’ve simply prioritised other value-adds for our customers (You!).

Here is a list of things we wish the Dependency Mapper for Jira could do, but currently can’t fulfil:

• Live collaboration

• Real-time updates

• Notifications on changes made to captured dependencies while you were away

• Cost Management

• Resource Planning

• Anything else our customers haven’t told us yet!
